Time To Organise My Life!

 Hey everyone, 

I know to some of you its has been a while since you seen a new post, but I wanted to give you guys a life update and let you guys all know whats been going on since my last post.

First off I want to start by saying I was very un-organised and so burnt out over trying to do everything by myself and I know you were all looking to find my other website and that site will be up soon i promise but these last 2 month i have done a lot of self healing and really focusing on what i needed as a person and a parent and now that i have life organised and i have times where i have free to do my blog/website on the side i am going to start doing them more frequently. 

with that being said the last few weeks i have been really focusing on school, family and youtube so you may have noticed if you follow me on either of my youtubes that i have been posting pretty consistant so if you dont already make sure you go check them out and dont forget to subscribe. 

To kick off my new website i will be doing a manifestation series to help you guys help get yourselves organised if you need it or maybe just make yourself more self aware of what you need and really want in life. starting tonight because it is the full moon i will be posting to my new website and going into more detail so if you havnt already make sure you go to my website and check it out :)

Where Have I Been This Time?

 Hello everyone, 

I know my last post I told you all I would be taking things more seriously and would be posting more often but not even a week after my post my family had a very unexpected loss of my nephew who was only 2.5 months old and so I kind of placed everything on the back burner. 

Today I have finally been able to get things back in place, I was able to get my house back on track, and videos are scheduled to be posted starting on Sunday!! 

With that being said most of my work is off of Instagram so if you dont already follow me over there make sure you click the link on the side bar and go check it out. Most of it is food related or fitness related but really its a little bit of everything. 

Starting next week I will be starting the 5AM club so make sure you follow along if you already do so and share your experience's and thoughts or if you are curious come follow me along my journey and share everything that happens as it unfolds!

Showing up for yourself!

 Hey everyone, 

Welcome back to my blog! I hope you guys are enjoying your week so far!

Here where I live we are currently in the middle of a heatwave so it's pretty muggy and making everyone miserable but hey at least we are still here!

So I wanted to take a minute to talk to you guys about something I've been doing the last 2 months and if you follow me on Facebook or Instagram you probably already know this but I have switched from working with 1up nutrition to a new product and I have to say as skeptical as I was about this program I have been so blown away!! 

some people will say that I've only lost 13 pounds in 2 months and how I can lose more if I do this or if I do that but in all honesty, if I lost more weight I would gain that all back when I go back to doing my regular routine so this new program is not a DIET its not a FAD trend or lose weight quick thing.... I've managed to keep my weight off and gain energy by a LIFESTYLE change!! and I have to say I'm so happy I decided to show up for myself!

A lot of people do not think about spending money when they buy a couple cups of coffee a day or diet pills or clothing or whatever it is that you spend money on but when it comes to investing in yourself you look for reasons not to spend money for yourself and then you wonder why your not hitting your goals and that reason is .... you do not show up for yourself! no one can help you make the changes you want in your life if your not willing to show up every day for yourself, if you're not going to fill your own cup and give it your all you will never hit that mark. so I just want to let you guys know that if your afraid to make a change because your afraid of failure, the only way you fail is if you never try! so give it your all and make sure you show up for yourself!!

A Fresh Start and New Outlook On Life

 Happy Tuesday everyone :)

I know its been months since I last updated you all and I know I had updated you all on a new site, but I could not make one with the layout that I was looking for and honestly I just did not have the time to keep looking and I did not want to make something that I was not happy with and so I have come back here. 

I know there are a few things I would like to change and I am able to change them I just need time to do so and with the kids here going back to in person schooling I will have a bit of time each day for the next 3 weeks to get things done that I wish to get done. 

If you have been following me on Instagram at @rmziee, you would already know that the last 6 weeks I have been very into a program I started and I have been sharing my results and success with everyone and trying to build up my support teams. So if you haven't done so already go make sure you follow me there as well as I have been slowly updating my YouTube pages and I have made a dedicated channel to go along with my weight loss journey but I may just keep the one channel as a lifestyle type channel im just not sure yet as i do not have just one topic.

Anyhow, I wanted to bring you all up to speed as today is June 1st and I really want to start this month fresh and with a new outlook and attitude towards life and my goals. I hope you will all join along and follow with me :)

Software Failure

 Hello everyone!

I hope you are all having a great week so far!

So as you can tell by the title of today's blog and as you can probably tell if you have been following me on youtube, I have been unable to upload my videos!! I had an update on the software that was needed and so I went with it updated it and went to go edit my videos and well I'm missing a bunch of edit tools that I need, so I need to find a new one that I like and works well for myself and making my videos look good. so with that being said please keep an eye out for an update because I plan on finding one very soon so that I can upload it! 

In the meantime if any of you have an idea of a good video editing tool leave it in the comments, i would love to check them out :)

Coming back to reality

 Okay so Easter weekend is over with, and things are returning to usual and as we return to our reality and stress levels yet again start to climb. As I make a list of things that need to get done, blog posts that need to be made and youtube videos that need to be filmed, edited and uploaded, I could feel that stress and anxiety becoming worse. 

With that being said, I decided that I was going to make a video based on my top 5 tips on coming out of a depressed state or when I feel like I'm starting to slip into one of these states my tips on how to avoid hitting rock bottom.

So with that being said, I will be posting a video on my channel in a couple days on how I managed to come back to reality without hitting rock bottom the second we returned to reality and I would like to hear what you all do to ease yourself back into reality or what you do when you're feeling down and just about at rock bottom.

SO here are my top 5 tips that I do when I need to regather myself and get back on track!

  • 1) Make a list! yes, I know that this may seem to add anxiety or overwhelm you just a tad bit more but, allowing yourself to see what has to be done or what you think needs to be done, may actually help you find your starting part. For example, if you're looking at a disaster of a house after days or longer of not cleaning making a list and finding out which task is the most important can really help you get started, and sometimes even show you things you thought you needed to do but in the end, you realize that you don't need to do a specific thing.
  • 2) Do something! if you can only muster a small amount of energy, tackle the smallest thing on your list. rather than be "Have a shower" or Do one load of laundry! as long as you do something your going in the right direction and can cross that off your list which allows you to see your progress. what might be a no-brainer to one person might just be all the next person can do, so don't worry about what others are doing and just do what you can do because doing something small is better than doing nothing at all.
  • 3)Don't worry!! don't worry about what you don't get done, focus on what you were able to accomplish today! sitting there focusing on the negative and things you were not able to do will not help you find the positive vibes you need to pull yourself up, instead... focus on what you have done, find the positive in the bad and run with it!! 
  • 4) Take time to be grateful! even if you only have two minutes a day, take time to be thankful and think of reasons to be grateful, thankful and happy!! again bringing out the positive out of the bad situation will always help you raise your mood even if it's ever so sightly, at least it's getting better a little at a time!
  • 5) TIME!!! allow yourself to have time to heal, recover from whatever is pulling you down! if you need to take a day and just stare at a wall with a coffee in your hand or sit in a bubble bath and relax... you need to allow your mental mindset to heal before you can move forward so take a deep breath and do what ever it is that your body needs to do. rushing yourself to get things done will not help you get better so take your time!!
